We use the US Postal Service (USPS) for most of our shipping. If you have included pepper spray of any kind in your order, then the entire order will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, due to postal regulations.
Returns
All products have a 30 day money back guarantee. In order to take advantage of this policy the item must be returned in working and like new condition with all inserts and box. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. If your item is broken, contact us for instructions.
